
Fort Bend County Sienna Annex
Fort Bend County acquired what the former Houston Community College academic building to be renovated and used as a County annex facility. Several departments will outfit the annex including Commissioner’s Office, County Tax Office, County Clerk, EMS, Fire Marshall, and Constable.
Pinnacle Senior Center
Fort Bend’s first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified building. This facility is a symbol of progress, growth from Commissioner Prestage for the areas' aging population. This facility features an Internet Café, Fitness Center, Outdoor Fitness Equipment and Walking Trail.


Pinnacle Aquatic Fitness Center
The Aquatic Fitness Center, now ready for use features a 75’ x 30’ pool, includes an exercise room, both male and female bathrooms, locker rooms and shower. This facility currently offers Aqua Zumba™, Aqua Cycles, Aqua Treadmills and Swim Lanes to patrons.
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston
In 2021, Grady Prestage was awarded the Mayor’s History Maker Award honoring community volunteers during Black History Month. Prestage was nominated for this honor by President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston, Kevin Hattery who said “Grady has been a champion for Boys & Girls Clubs in Fort Bend County for two decades and played a central role in the establishment the Fort Bend Club, Stafford Club and most recently, the Mission Bend Club. The result is tens of thousands of Fort Bend County youth realizing their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.”

Fifth Street Community Center
Grady Prestage developed the Fifth Street Community Center to provide opportunities for active living and recreation in a safe, inclusive environment. By creating a positive atmosphere, these facilities become essential to community health and wellness. This facility also housed a program for the elderly run by the nonprofit Fort Bend Seniors — Meals on Wheels and Much, Much More and Fifth Street Head Start.
